1. 评估公司现有内部物流流程的精益成熟度，识别关键差距和机会点。 2.制定精益物流相关的标准、流程、指标（KPI）和最佳实践，将精益物流原则与公司整体的精益生产/运营体系进行整合与协同。 3.建立并维护流程绩效仪表盘，监控关键指标（如库存周转率、配送准时率、空间利用率、人效、搬运距离/时间、异常处理时间等），驱动持续改进。 4.领导或作为核心成员参与精益物流改善项目，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成，并达成预期收益。 5.与生产、计划、采购、仓储、质量、工艺工程、IT等部门紧密合作，打破部门墙，推动端到端的物流流程优化，推动入厂物流的精益化和标准化（如JIS/JIT配送。 6.在物流团队内部培养精益改善文化，鼓励一线员工参与问题识别和改善提案。

1.5年+制造业经验，3年+专注精益物流经验。 2.熟悉VSM, JIT, Pull, Kanban, 线边管理， Milk Run等精益物流工具。 3.具备从0到1构建或大规模优化精益物流体系的经验。 4.将成功的改善实践标准化、文件化，形成可复制的模板和指南。
