1、负责多传感器数据融合算法开发（前、中、后融合、BEV等），算法性能优化 2、负责算法在实际产品中的落地和优化提升 3、负责多目标跟踪、动静态目标状态估计等算法研发 4、配合规控人员，进行上车调试工作，提高融合程序的稳定性与适应性 5、负责云端Autolabel OD 目标跟踪算法优化和开发

1、硕士或2年以上工作经验； 2、熟练掌握卡尔曼滤波、贝叶斯估计、粒子滤波、数据关联、多目标跟踪（MOT）等融合基础理论； 3、熟悉自动驾驶系统架构及上下游模块（感知、定位、规划控制）的交互需求； 4、熟悉C++/Python，熟悉Linux、ROS、PCL、OpenCV等开发环境； 5、精通相机/激光雷达/毫米波雷达的检测原理、优缺点及融合策略
