负责无人物流车智驾算法系统的方案设计、架构搭建与优化，适配物流场景核心需求。 牵头智驾算法系统与底软、传感器、执行器等外域模块的全流程对接，保障接口兼容、数据通畅。 负责无人物流车智驾算法系统的方案设计、架构搭建与优化，适配物流场景核心需求。 牵头智驾算法系统与底软、传感器、执行器等外域模块的全流程对接，保障接口兼容、数据通畅。 对接底软团队，明确接口要求，推动底软提供稳定硬件支撑。 对接传感器团队/供应商，明确感知数据需求，解决数据异常问题，保障感知算法精准性。 对接执行器团队，优化控制指令响应与精度，确保算法决策精准落地为车辆动作。 参与智驾算法系统与外域模块的集成、台架及实车测试，排查并闭环相关技术问题。 编写技术文档与对接规范，跟踪行业前沿技术，持续优化系统协同性能。

本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业，硕士学历优先。 2年及以上智驾系统相关工作经验，有无人物流车相关经验或外域对接经验者优先。 具备完整智驾系统项目经验，熟悉V模型开发流程，了解L4级智驾项目者优先。 熟悉底软、传感器、执行器工作原理，掌握对接逻辑，能独立排查对接技术难点。 熟悉C/C++或Python语言，了解Linux系统及ROS框架，会使用车载相关调试工具。 了解智驾相关行业标准，具备良好的跨团队沟通与文档编写能力。 学习能力强、抗压性好，可接受出差，能高效推进外域对接相关工作。
