The posting

1. 主导汽车网络安全攻防实验室从0到1建设，负责架构设计、软硬件选型（测试台架、故障注入工具等）、环境搭建及运维，同步搭建攻击链路取证日志体系，保障测试可追溯。 2. 负责域控制器、网关等核心产品深度渗透测试，结合Autosar Crypto Stack、HSM配置逻辑，挖掘硬件、固件、车载协议及应用层漏洞并复现。 3. 主导/参与整车攻防演练，模拟黑客视角完成全链路测试，具备攻击链路分析、取证溯源能力，输出测试报告及修复建议。 4. 开发/引入自动化测试工具，搭建漏洞知识库；跟踪车载安全标准，参与内部测试规范制定，有行业/国标参与经验者优先。 5. 指导2-3名初级测试工程师，传递攻防及实验室运维经验；关注车载供应链及开发环境安全，规避相关风险。

熟悉相关软硬件设备及环境配置，能独立完成从0到1落地及运维，精通硬件调试、车载协议（CAN/Ethernet等）安全；熟悉车载OS内核安全及主流渗透工具；具备取证溯源、供应链安全检测能力；了解Autosar Crypto Stack、HSM配置。 熟悉ISO/SAE 21434、UN R155等标准，有标准制定、技术白皮书撰写经验优先；有CTF获奖、CVE编号等相关技术成果者优先，愿意分享技术。
