1. 负责深入研究行业整车功能架构发展趋势（如域融合、中央计算架构下功能整合方向），将前沿理念转化为可落地的功能域划分、功能拆解及功能映射设计方案 2. 主导下一代整车功能架构的平台化规划，制定功能域定义、功能清单梳理、功能与软硬件模块部署关系的技术路线图 3. 基于域集中式、中央计算等先进 EEA 理念，主导整车功能拓扑革新设计，推动跨域功能协同（如座舱与智驾交互、动力与底盘协同），优化功能实现效率 4. 负责整车核心功能（如智能驾驶、车身域、座舱智能交互）的顶层架构设计，明确功能逻辑、交互流程、性能指标，确保功能满足用户需求与法规要求 5. 定义功能架构相关技术规范，与功能安全团队一起开展功能安全与预期功能安全（SOTIF）分析，确保功能架构在全场景下的安全性与可靠性 6. 引入功能架构新设计方法（如模型基于系统工程 MBSE）、技术工具，持续提升功能架构设计效率与方案可行性，推动功能架构标准化落地

1. 本科以上学历，10 年整车功能开发经验，5 年整车功能架构设计经验，拥有至少 2 个完整量产车型的功能架构主导设计经验 2. 精通整车功能域划分、功能拆解、功能映射逻辑，熟练掌握功能架构核心原理（如功能安全设计、跨域功能协同） 3. 精通整车分布式、域集中式、中央计算架构下的功能架构设计，具备不同架构形态下功能整合与优化经验 4. 熟练掌握功能架构开发工具，如 Enterprise Architect、IBM Rational Rhapsody、PREEvision等 5. 出色的沟通协调能力，能够与电气、网络、软件、安全、测试等多领域团队高效协作，推动跨域功能方案落地 6. 具有面向服务的功能架构（SOA）设计或智能驾驶 / 智能座舱功能架构设计经验优先 7. 能够流畅使用英语读写者优先
