The posting

1、负责汽车电子制造工厂人形机器人项目前期数据采集工作，包括机器人传感器数据（关节角度、力/扭矩、视觉图像、IMU、末端执行器状态等）、运行日志、产线作业视频及环境数据的完整采集、标注与初步整理； 2、按照算法团队与运维团队要求，制定并执行标准化数据采集SOP，确保数据高质量、高频次、覆盖多种工况（焊接、装配、质检、物料搬运等）； 3、配合完成数据回传、存储、清洗及初步分析，为机器人运动规划、视觉识别、抓取策略等算法训练提供高质量数据集； 4、后期根据项目进展，转岗至运维遥操方向，负责人形机器人远程监控、遥操作控制、故障远程干预及日常运维支持； 5、记录采集与遥操全过程日志，及时上报异常情况，协助工程师完成数据闭环迭代与机器人性能优化； 6、遵守工厂安全规范，保障数据采集及遥操作业过程中的人机安全。

1、本科学历，机电一体化、自动化、机器人应用、计算机或电子信息等相关专业； 2、2年以上工业设备数据采集、自动化设备操作或机器人现场支持经验（应届生优秀者可放宽）； 3、熟悉传感器数据采集原理（力控传感器、工业相机、编码器等），会使用常用数据采集工具（ROS bag、LabVIEW、Python脚本等优先）； 4、具备基本编程能力（Python、C++或MATLAB任一即可），能完成简单数据处理与脚本编写； 5、后期转岗需具备手眼协调能力与空间感，学习能力强，愿意接受遥操培训（手柄/力反馈设备操作、VR/AR遥操系统等）； 6、能适应产线班次及长时间站立/集中注意力作业，吃苦耐劳，责任心强； 7、有工业机器人操作证、叉车证或数据标注经验者优先； 8、服从岗位动态调整（前期100%数据采集，后期逐步转入运维遥操）。
