1，负责售后退机分析策划与报价； 2，组织售后退机分析与指导，带领组内人员分析找到问题的根本原因，推动质量改善以及跟进分析效率； 3，负责小组的现场管理和人员管理，规划小组人员失效分析能力的提升； 4，分析售后退机数据，输出分析报告及质量改善建议； 5，及时处理客户技术难题与投诉，提高客户满意度； 6，推动小组和内外部门的沟通和协同；

1，电子、自动化、软件、通信、测控技术等相关专业； 2，具有汽车电子产品相关研发经验，特别是具有摄像头、域控产品相关研发经验优先考虑； 3，掌握相关车载产品的硬件电路应用能力，如数模电路、电源、MCU、Sensor等； 4，熟练使用各种测量仪器与工具器（如示波器/万用表/电络铁等），以及具备QFN、BGA封装器件的相关拆焊技能； 5，具备一定的管理能力，能指导组员分析和跨部门沟通处理问题； 6，具备一定的英语听、说、读、写能力，能读懂各种技术文档； 7，工作认真负责，严谨细致，具备较强的执行力与学习能力，良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力，能快速适应新技术与新环境；
