The posting

1.负责转向系统架构设计，覆盖 EPS 助力特性（基本/微分/回正助力）、阻尼控制、摩擦与惯性补偿、主动转向可变传动比等；探索线控转向（SbW）路感模拟与转角/力矩解耦、后轮转向（RWS）协同控制等前沿算法设计。 2.负责转向电控系统的需求对接与集成，理解 ECU 架构、扭矩/转角/车速传感器及电机控制链路，配合完成 CAN/CAN FD 通信、诊断（DTC）定义、Autosar 接口配置及算法在硬件上的落地。 3.搭建转向系统动力学模型、电机模型及控制算法模型，基于 MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow 开展 MIL/SIL 仿真，结合台架与试验数据对标，优化算法参数以满足整车性能目标。 4.制定转向算法测试方案，指导 HIL 测试、实车标定及台架/路试验证，处理抖动、路感不佳、NVH 异常等问题，确保满足功能安全与整车性能要求。 5.对接机械结构、电控硬件、整车等部门，明确算法与电子需求及技术规范，参与转向系统正向开发 V 流程。 6.编写算法设计、仿真、标定、测试等技术文档，参与制定转向算法开发标准与流程。 7.跟踪线控转向、后轮转向、底盘三轴（转向/制动/悬架）融合控制等前沿技术，推动技术转化。

1.5 年及以上汽车电动助力转向（EPS）算法/电子开发经验，独立完整负责过至少 1 个 EPS 项目（开发到量产/SOP）；熟悉汽车开发流程（V 流程）优先。 2.掌握转向系统动力学与控制原理，熟悉 EPS/主动转向/SbW 工作机制，能独立完成算法参数标定、性能优化及问题排查。 3.精通 MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow，熟练掌握转向系统建模、算法仿真与标定；具备系统级动力学仿真能力。 4.熟悉转向电控系统（ECU）架构、扭矩/转角/车速传感器及电机（PMSM）控制基本原理，了解 CAN/CAN FD 通信与诊断协议，能配合算法与硬件的适配集成（不要求软件开发经验）。 5.具备功能安全（ISO 26262）开发经验、熟悉 ASIL-D 安全要求者优先；有 A-SPICE 流程经验者优先。 6.有新能源汽车 EPS 算法/电子经验，或后轮转向（RWS）、线控转向（SbW）开发经验者优先。 7.了解底盘三轴融合控制、智能底盘者优先；有 AI 算法在转向系统中应用经验者优先。 8.具备扎实的振动理论、机械结构（蜗轮蜗杆/齿条等）基础、NVH 及有限元知识者加分（懂机械结构对控制算法影响更佳）。 9.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、控制工程、自动化、电子信息工程等相关专业；硕士优先。 10.良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能独立对接客户/供应商及跨部门协同。
