1. 税务风控体系搭建：负责公司整体税务风险管理体系的建设与落地，制定税务风险管控标准、流程及操作指引，识别、评估业务各环节潜在税务风险点，提出有效解决方案并推动落地执行。 2. 税务信息化建设：主导或深度参与公司税务管理系统的选型、搭建与优化（如纳税申报自动化、税务数据分析看板），通过系统化手段提升税务管理效率与数据准确性。 3. 税务咨询与筹划：为公司各业务板块提供日常及专项税务咨询服务，涵盖并购重组、关联交易定价、高新技术企业维护、研发费用加计扣除等相关事项，助力业务合规推进。 4. 跨境业务税务支持：研究公司海外业务涉及的转让定价、税收协定适用、常设机构认定等国际税务相关问题，协调内外部机构资源，妥善处理跨境税务争议与核查相关工作。 5. 政策解读与影响分析：密切关注国内外税收政策动态（如BEPS 2.0、增值税法变动等），及时输出政策解读报告及对公司业务的影响分析，为经营决策提供专业支撑。 6. 税务风险应对：负责应对重大税务稽查、纳税评估或反避税调查相关工作，组织编写情况说明及举证材料，维护公司合法税务权益。

1. 本科及以上学历，税务、财务、会计等相关专业； 2. 5年及以上税务相关工作经验，其中具备四大会计师事务所税务部门5年及以上工作经验，或国内大型制造业集团总部税务顾问经验（服务过大型制造业客户或身处制造业甲方）者优先； 3. 精通中国税法及会计准则，对增值税、企业所得税、国际税收有深刻理解，具备将复杂法规转化为业务可落地语言的能力； 4. 具备扎实的税务分析能力及风险敏感度，能够独立出具专业税务备忘录及可行性分析报告； 5. 熟悉大型集团企业税务管理流程，具备良好的项目管理能力和跨部门协调沟通能力； 6. 熟练使用Office办公软件及SAP系统，有税务信息化系统上线实施项目经验者优先； 7. 持有注册会计师（CPA）、税务师（CTA）或相关专业职称资格证者优先考虑。
