The posting

1.负责悬架系统（被动、半主动 CDC、主动悬架、空气悬架等）的系统架构设计，覆盖垂向主动车身控制、动力跟随控制、路面预瞄数据叠加与重构等，运用 PID、MPC、LQR 及 AI 强化学习等方法，适配不同类型执行器。 2.负责悬架电控系统的需求对接与集成，理解 ECU 架构、传感器/执行器接口与信号链路，配合完成 CAN/CAN FD 总线通信、Autosar 接口配置及算法在硬件上的落地。 3.搭建悬架系统动力学模型、执行器模型及控制算法模型，基于 MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow 开展 MIL/SIL 仿真，结合 ADAMS、Abaqus 完成仿真与试验数据对标，优化算法参数。 4.制定悬架算法测试方案，指导 HIL 测试、实车标定及路试验证，处理怠速抖动、加速轰鸣、路面冲击响应不佳等问题，确保满足功能安全与整车性能要求。 5.对接整车动力学、电控硬件、试验验证等部门，明确算法与电子需求及技术规范，参与悬架正向开发 V 流程。 6.编写算法设计、仿真、标定、测试等技术文档，参与制定悬架算法开发标准与流程。 7.跟踪高精度路面预瞄、多自由度一体化解算、跨域融合控制等前沿技术，推动技术转化。

1.3 年及以上汽车悬架算法开发经验，有完整"算法开发到量产"落地经验；熟悉悬架正向开发 V 流程者优先。 2.熟悉悬架系统动力学原理，掌握被动/半主动/主动悬架工作机制，能独立完成算法参数标定、性能优化及问题排查。 3.精通 MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow，熟练掌握悬架系统建模、算法仿真，具备独立完成算法开发、仿真验证的能力。 4.熟悉悬架电控系统（ECU）基本原理、传感器/执行器接口及 CAN/CAN FD 等总线通信，能配合算法与硬件的适配集成（不要求软件开发经验）。 5.具备系统级动力学仿真能力，能熟练使用数据处理工具对仿真及实车数据进行分析优化。 6.有新能源汽车悬架算法开发经验，或 CDC、空气悬架、磁流变减震器等产品经验者优先。 7.具备功能安全（ISO 26262）经验、熟悉 ASIL-B/C 者优先；有 A-SPICE 流程经验者优先。 8.具备扎实的振动理论、多体动力学、有限元分析及 NVH 基础者加分。 9.了解智能底盘、线控悬架，有 AI 算法（强化学习、深度学习）应用经验者优先；有抗扭拉杆开发经验者加分。 10.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、力学、控制工程、自动化、电子信息工程等相关专业；硕士优先。
