The posting

1. 产品硬件设计： 负责产品硬件方案设计、原理图设计、元器件选型、BOM制作及维护，主导单板及整机的硬件调试与测试工作。 2. PCB设计指导： 指导和审核PCB Layout设计，确保信号完整性、电源完整性及EMC/EMI设计的合理性。 3. 嵌入式系统开发： 负责基于主流MCU（如STM32、NXP、GD32等）或处理器的嵌入式硬件架构设计，配合软件工程师完成底层驱动调试。 4. 技术文档输出： 编写硬件设计规范、测试报告、DFMEA分析报告等各类技术文档，确保产品可追溯性与可生产性。 5. 全流程跟进： 参与产品从立项、EVT、DVT、PVT到量产的全过程，解决研发、试产及量产过程中出现的硬件技术问题。 6. 技术攻关与评审： 承担核心模块的技术攻关，组织硬件设计评审，对硬件设计的质量、成本、进度负责。 7. 团队协作： 指导初中级电子工程师的工作，参与团队技术沉淀与知识库建设。

1. 学历经验： 本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、自动化、测控技术等相关专业；5年以上硬件开发经验，有完整的产品生命周期（从研发到量产）经验。 2. 电路基础： 扎实的模拟电路与数字电路基础，精通电源电路（DCDC/LDO）、高速信号处理、接口电路（如RS232/485， CAN， Ethernet， USB， HDMI等）设计。 3. 工具软件： 熟练使用至少一种主流EDA设计工具（如Cadence Allegro， Altium Designer， PADS等），具备复杂多层板（4层及以上）设计经验。 4. 仪器使用： 熟练使用示波器、频谱分析仪、网络分析仪、信号发生器等调试仪器，具备较强的动手能力（焊接、飞线、Debug）。 5. EMC设计： 精通EMC/EMI设计及整改，熟悉安规（CE， FCC， UL等）认证流程，能独立解决产品在认证过程中出现的硬件问题。 6. 系统思维： 具备良好的系统级设计思维，能够综合考虑成本、性能、可制造性、可维护性之间的平衡。 加分项: 1. 有汽车电子行业经验，熟悉ISO 26262功能安全标准，或AUTOSAR架构硬件设计者优先。 2. 有射频（RF） 开发经验，熟悉蓝牙、Wi-Fi、4G/5G等无线通信模块设计及调试者优先。 3. 有机器人开发经验，熟悉机器人电子电气的架构者优先。
