1. 负责自动驾驶系统中基于GNSS/IMU/ODO组合定位算法设计、开发与迭代； 2. 主导IMU选型评估，设计产线标定、在线自标定，推动标定流程标准化； 3. 设计GNSS失效场景下的降级策略与完好性保障机制； 4. 主导实车路测数据分析，建立定位漂移、跳变、发散问题的快速诊断与修复流程； 5. 与上下游模块协同工作，确保算法在实际应用中的稳定性和可靠性； 6. 持续跟踪行业前沿技术，推动定位算法的创新与迭代；

1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，自动化、车辆工程、机器人、导航制导、电子信息等相关专业； 2. 具备惯性导航、航位推算或多传感器融合定位算法开发经验； 3. 精通IMU力学编排与误差传播模型；熟练运用卡尔曼滤波（EKF、ESKF、迭代卡尔曼）；深入理解航位推算（DR）误差累积机理与抑制方法； 4. 深刻理解MEMS IMU（陀螺/加速度计）、轮速计的物理特性、误差源及补偿策略； 5. 熟悉车辆运动学模型、轮胎模型、底盘信号（方向盘转角、档位、电机转动、制动状态）及其在定位约束中的应用； 6. 精通C/C++，熟悉Python、CMake、Git；具备优秀的代码规范； 加分项 1. 具备IMU+轮速计量产标定方案（产线标定、在线标定）落地经验。
