1、平台架构规划：负责整车工具链平台的技术架构设计与路线图规划，主导统一元模型、统一数据底座（SSOT）、统一交互标准的顶层设计，推动工具链从"单点集成"向"模型驱动、数据贯通"演进； 2、元模型与数据架构：主导对齐AUTOSAR CP/AP标准的统一元模型设计，定义ARXML、DBC/LDF/FIBEX、ODX等行业标准格式与内部数据模型的映射机制，保障服务/信号/ECU/诊断/安全等对象的全链路语义唯一； 3、三层部署架构：设计"云端（云原生）—桌面端（PC客户端）—板端（控制器嵌入式）"的三层部署架构，确保数据语义在三层间无损流转； 4、存量工具整合：制定存量工具的接入策略与标准（原生开发/重构集成/链接挂载），设计第三方工具（Vector、ETAS等）的标准适配器体系，降低生态接入成本； 5、AI化演进：规划AI Copilot与工具链的深度融合路径，推动知识库、模型资产与AI能力的原生结合，牵引工具链向智能化（L5）方向演进； 6、技术决策与标准建设：主导关键技术选型与架构评审，建立平台级开发规范与接口标准；跟踪行业工具链动态（软件工厂、vECU、SOA开发平台等），输出技术洞察支撑平台战略决策； 7、跨团队协同：与EEA、SOA、诊断、测试等业务团队及主机厂客户深度协作，确保工具链架构贴合真实研发场景与量产需求。 8、建立工具链与整车研发流程（V模型/敏捷开发）的深度融合机制，推动流程数字化与智能化转型 9、建设工具链人才梯队，制定技术规范与设计标准，打造行业一流的工具链研发团队

1、计算机、软件工程、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上软件开发经验，3年以上工具链/平台级系统架构设计经验； 2、深厚的架构功底：精通领域建模与元模型设计，有大型平台的数据架构、API体系、插件化/扩展机制设计经验； 3、熟悉汽车电子研发流程与工具链生态，掌握AUTOSAR（CP/AP）方法论及ARXML、DBC、FIBEX、ODX等核心数据格式，理解EEA设计、SOA服务设计、通信、诊断等至少两个领域的工程实践； 4、熟悉云原生技术体系（微服务、容器化、CI/CD），同时具备桌面客户端或嵌入式工具开发经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的技术抽象与表达能力，能将复杂业务场景抽象为统一模型，并推动多团队按统一架构落地； 6、精通C++/Java/Python至少两种，熟悉Kubernetes、Docker、Kafka、etcd等云原生技术栈。

加分项： 1、有Vector PREEvision/DaVinci/CANoe、ETAS、Polarion等行业主流工具的深度使用、二次开发或对标开发经验； 2、有主机厂或Tier1的SOA平台、开发者平台、软件工厂、vECU相关建设经验； 3、熟悉ASPICE、ISO 26262、ISO/SAE 21434，有工具链合规追溯体系的架构设计经验； 4、有AI辅助研发（代码生成、模型驱动生成、LLM应用）落地经验。
