岗位职能职责： 1、 负责测试项目外发部分进度管理与资源协调工作，保证测试工作的顺利进行； 2、 负责团队人员的人员管理和团队建设，不断提高员工工作素质和能力； 3、 负责外发实验室能力确认和监督审核工作及外部的人员培训。 4、 支持实验室产品验证测试问题解决与失效分析及实验室知识库建立； 5、 支持产品可靠性及EMC测试新测试方法的导入和设备能力导入； 6、 支持产品验证测试方法研究，规范解读、测试方法的制定与确认； 7、 支持实产品验证测试T-FMEA分析，并依据评估结果进行系统性改善； 8、 通过优化流程体系和测试技术提升，进行持续的测试质量效率改善工作。

1、 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子、电气、材料及机械制造与自动化等相关理工科专业 2、 3年以上汽车零部件产品验可靠性或EMC测试经验，有汽车智能座舱、自动驾驶类产品测试经验优先； 3、 熟悉汽车域控、智能显示、摄像头、雷达等产品的典型失效模式、失效机理和失效分析方法； 4、 熟练掌握可靠性、EMC试验机理，可靠性加速寿命的原理和方法，和可靠性检测标准及方法，有产品测试方案策划的能力和经验； 5、 熟练掌握常用的质量分析工具和方法论的使用； 6、 具有3年以上实验室团队管理经验和外发项目管理跟进经验； 7、 具备良好的英语听说读写能力； 8、 有较强的实验室组织、管理和沟通能力，对自我要求较高，具备较强的抗压能力
