1.全球化测试体系从0到1建设： （1）跨区域团队组建与管理：​ 负责在欧洲、东南亚等关键目标市场组建并管理本地化测试团队，涵盖本地测试工程师招聘、跨文化培训及绩效体系建设，解决因时差、地域带来的协同挑战; （2）国际化标准落地：​ 针对海外市场特有的车规法规、数据隐私（GDPR）及网络环境，制定差异化的测试标准与准入准出规范。 2.海外复杂项目交付与技术攻坚： （1）全链路质量保障：​ 主导海外智驾项目的整车级验收测试，协调国内外资源解决海外路测中遇到的极端场景（Corner Cases）及本地化适配问题; （2）生产与合规协同：​ 对接海外客户生产基地及本地第三方实验室，确保测试工具链、认证流程符合当地法律要求。 3.远程效能与自动化提升： （1）分布式测试平台搭建：​ 设计并实现支持全球节点调度的自动化测试云，解决海外弱网环境下的测试包分发与日志回传难题; （2）跨文化敏捷协同：​ 建立适合跨国研发的敏捷测试流程，确保国内研发节奏与海外交付节点的无缝衔接。

教育与背景：​ 计算机、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；8年以上测试工作经验。 实战经验（硬指标）： （1）国际化履历：​ 具有在北美、欧洲或东南亚成功搭建测试团队并完成项目交付的实战案例。 （2）全栈测试经验：​ 既懂底层嵌入式测试（HiL/SiL），又懂系统级整车测试（道路测试），具备软硬件结合的全局视野。
