岗位职责： 1.产品技术定义与规划：根据自动驾驶系统的需求，定义毫米波雷达信号处理的技术规格与性能指标，制定详细的技术路线图，确保产品满足未来市场及客户需求； 2.信号处理算法研发与设计：负责毫米波雷达的目标检测、跟踪、多目标解析等核心信号处理算法的设计与优化。结合实际应用场景，不断改进算法效率与精度，提升系统性能； 3.产品研发与验证：参与毫米波雷达产品的系统设计、硬件选型与软件集成，确保信号处理算法与硬件平台的无缝对接。主导或参与产品原型开发与测试验证，解决开发过程中的技术难题； 4.技术创新与前瞻研究：跟踪国内外毫米波雷达信号处理领域的最新技术动态，进行前瞻性技术研究与探索，为公司产品提供持续的技术创新支持； 5.标准制定与合规性：了解并遵循国内外相关行业标准与法规要求，参与或主导制定公司内部的毫米波雷达信号处理技术标准与规范； 6.团队协作与知识分享：与跨职能团队紧密合作，包括硬件工程师、软件工程师、测试工程师等，共同推动产品研发进度。积极参与内部技术培训与交流，分享技术经验和研究成果；

1.硕士及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、信号处理或计算机科学等相关专业，具备5年以上毫米波雷达或相关领域信号处理算法研发经验；精通数字信号处理原理及算法，有深厚的信号处理理论基础和实战经验； 2.熟悉雷达信号处理流程，包括信号预处理、目标检测、跟踪等，具备独立解决复杂技术问题的能力。了解CFAR\DOA\超分辨相关的算法及优劣选型； 熟练掌握MATLAB/Simulink、Python等编程语言进行算法开发与仿真，具备良好的编程习惯与代码优化能力； 3.了解雷达硬件架构，能与硬件工程师有效沟通，共同推动产品设计与优化； 4.具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效与专注。
