1 负责机器人整机的结构仿真分析，包括静力学、动力学、模态、疲劳、碰撞等，验证强度、刚度、稳定性及可靠性。 2 建立仿真模型（多体动力学、有限元模型），优化仿真参数，输出精准仿真报告，为结构设计优化提供数据支撑。 3 对接测试团队，对比仿真与实测数据，迭代优化仿真方法，提升仿真精度；解决量产及应用中的结构振动、变形等问题。 4 制定仿真规范与标准流程，搭建仿真知识库；配合结构设计团队完成机电一体化集成仿真（如与控制、液压系统联合仿真）。 5 跟踪仿真技术趋势，引入新型仿真工具或方法，提升团队仿真效率与技术深度。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、力学、机器人工程等相关专业；专家岗需硕士及以上或 5 年 + 资深仿真经验。 2. 精通 CAE 仿真软件（Ansys/Abaqus/Simpack 等），熟练搭建复杂结构仿真模型，掌握多体动力学与有限元耦合仿真。 3.扎实的材料力学、理论力学、振动理论基础，理解机器人运动学 / 动力学，能独立完成仿真方案设计与结果分析。 4.熟悉机器人结构特点（关节模组、复合材料应用等），具备 DFMEA（设计失效模式及影响分析）思维。 工程师岗需掌握仿真与测试数据对标方法；专家岗需具备仿真流程标准化、工具二次开发能力。 5. 工程师岗：2-5 年机器人结构仿真经验，有完整产品仿真落地案例； 专家岗：5 年 + 机器人仿真经验，主导过量产机器人仿真项目，能解决复杂仿真难题（如高精度动力学耦合、疲劳寿命预测）。 6. 数据驱动的问题分析能力，逻辑严谨；良好的跨团队沟通与协作意识。
