职位描述 系统设计：深度参与或承接上游产品经理/PM的需求 ，进行系统架构与逻辑设计，将其转化为工程边界清晰、可验证的系统设计文档； 功能交付：作为L4无人物流车功能的牵头人，横向拉通感知、规划控制、地图、测试、交付等算法及工程团队确认功能开发、测试计划，并及时同步功能开发进度与风险； 项目交付：规范L4项目算法交付流程，定期梳理L4项目交付的各类需求，并推动跨部门沟通协调，保障交付全流程顺畅； 联调验收：深度参与算法联调、交付验收，跟踪测试、验收环节的各类问题，主导解决跨模块的复杂耦合问题与兜底策略，打磨L4无人物流车整体的场景设计； 有智能驾驶算法开发或交付管理经验，熟悉算法研发流程及交付标准；

职位要求 出色的跨团队沟通与推动能力，能驱动算法、软件、测试团队协同解决系统级问题； 具备2年以上L4智能驾驶工作经历，熟悉L4无人物流车功能链路，具备扎实的问题分析能力； 强 Owner 意识，主观能动性强，能在需求模糊、协作复杂的场景中主动闭环； 熟练使用 AI 工具，并能主动将其应用于需求分析、文档沉淀、问题跟踪等日常工作，提升人效；
