1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子信息工程、控制自动化等相关专业 2. 有较强的英语读写能力，英文CET-4以上，能熟练阅读各种英文技术文档 3. 熟练掌握C/C++语言, 深入理解MISRA标准, 具备良好的编码风格；基础扎实, 充分理解嵌入式环境开发特性 4. 熟悉Cortex-M0,3,4 核心, 或者Renesas RH850系列MCU, 了解相关体系架构 5. 了解常用片间通讯方式的基本原理, 掌握相关驱动和上层协议的开发调试技能, UART, SPI, IIC, 6. 了解常见外设的基本原理, 掌握相关驱动和上层协议的开发调试技能 GPIO, CLK, PWM, ADC 7. 有一定的硬件基础, 能够熟练读图, 并使用常规仪器设备测量分析基础信号 8. 熟悉各种RTOS/Linux/QNX等常见开发环境, 使用其中至少一种, 有面向量产产品的开发经验 9. 熟悉OSEK/AUTOSAR标准, 有基于Vector / EB等工具的开发经验 10. 熟悉CAN或者车载以太网, 有UDS诊断开发经验 11. 熟悉汽车电子行业相关标准规范 12. 工作积极主动,认真负责; 具备良好的沟通协作能力
