The posting

岗位职责 1、负责汽车行业OTA（车端、云端）、TSP车联网云端平台等智能座舱产品的系统需求分析、管理，以及技术方案评估； 2、负责智能座舱、舱驾融合、CCU等车载系统/平台软件研发的系统分析、需求分析与产品方案设计； 3、洞察客户需求，理解核心痛点、梳理系统需求，并制定产品解决方案; 3、使用axure、figma等工具，绘制产品原型、业务流程图和交互逻辑图等； 4、对接研发、测试团队，传递系统需求、组织方案评审，解答需求相关疑问，并推进需求落地; 5、在新项目预研阶段，负责技术统筹，技术评估和技术交流工作。

任职要求 1、本科以上学历，电子信息/计算机/软件/通信/自动化等相关专业； 2、具备完整项目研发经验，项目需求管理、需求分解、方案评估、方案设计经验； 3、良好的沟通能力、需求分析能力以及文档编写能力; 4、熟悉智能座舱、娱乐系统、仪表的软硬件专业知识，了解MCU/SOC/DSP等多个技术领域； 5、具备优秀业务抽象能力、架构思维、逻辑梳理能力，善于跨部门沟通协调，能把控需求优先级、推进多版本并行落地。 优先条件 1、有大型复杂企业级后台、智能网联平台、汽车电子产品研发经验； 2、有数字孪生产品定义、完整项目经验； 3、有主机厂、Tier1、车联网科技公司量产项目经验； 4、熟练运用AI工具，并擅长至少1种脚本语言。
