The posting

1. 负责智能驾驶算法项目全生命周期管理，深度介入算法研发策划，定义项目里程碑，拆解项目任务与依赖关系，保障项目按质量、成本、计划基线交付； 2. 统筹管理算法开发、实车测试、域内传感器 / 执行器、整车联调等各类技术问题，评估问题影响与优先级，协调研发、测试、整车、供应商资源，推动问题闭环； 3. 建立项目可视化跟踪机制，定期同步项目状态；主动识别技术、进度、资源类风险，输出风险预案并持续管控； 4. 组织项目复盘，沉淀项目管理经验，推动流程、模板、规范落地，持续优化智驾算法项目交付体系； 5. 组织项目评审会、问题专项会，输出纪要，闭环跟踪所有行动项； 6. 作为客户侧项目接口人，对接客户需求，甄别需求合理性，将外部需求转化为内部可执行开发任务，管理客户交付预期； 7. 负责项目常态化运营，输出项目周报、状态报告，组织项目例会；

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上智能驾驶项目管理实战经验，拥有智驾算法项目完整量产交付经验优先； 2. 熟悉智驾域系统架构，理解感知 / 规划 / 控制等算法模块基本原理； 3. 极强跨角色沟通协调能力，善于多方博弈与协同，具备同理心，可平衡多方诉求； 4. 多项目并行管理能力，能承受项目节点压力，接受项目关键阶段加班与短期出差； 5. 快速学习理解技术诉求，可对齐算法团队、整车、供应商及客户多方需求； 6. 主动性强，有较强主人翁意识，可下沉研发一线定位卡点，推动问题解决； 7. 英语口语满足工作交流，雅思 7.0 / 托福 iBT94 及以上；有算法或软件开发背景优先。
