1. 系统架构搭建：主导消费级机器人从0到1的软硬件系统架构设计，统筹嵌入式硬件、运动控制、传感器融合等模块，平衡技术创新性、量产可行性与成本控制。 2. 跨学科技术整合：整合SLAM（桌面尺度）、运动规划、计算机视觉（物体识别/手势交互）及端侧AI算法（语音/视觉模型），制定各技术模块接口规范与协同方案，解决跨领域技术瓶颈。 3. 研发团队管理：组建并带领10-20人技术团队，建立敏捷研发流程、质量标准与知识管理体系，推动团队技术能力提升与高效协作。 4. 产品化全流程推动：深度参与产品定义，将技术方案转化为可量产产品，覆盖DFM设计、EMC/安全认证、模具开发、供应链对接及品控标准制定，确保实现1000台以上量产交付。 5. 技术战略与知识产权：跟踪端侧AI、新材料等前沿技术，输出技术战略规划；主导技术文档撰写与知识产权布局，构建产品技术壁垒。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、自动化等相关专业，8年以上机器人/智能硬件研发经验，主导过2款及以上消费级机器人完整生命周期（从原型到量产）。 2. 精通ARM架构嵌入式系统开发，熟练掌握RTOS/Linux系统，具备电机控制、多传感器（视觉/惯性）集成与调试的实战经验。 3. 扎实掌握机器人核心技术栈：桌面尺度SLAM算法应用、运动规划策略、计算机视觉交互技术，有端侧AI模型（语音/视觉）部署与优化经验。 4. 熟悉消费电子产品开发规范，具备DFM设计、EMC/安全认证、成本管控及供应链协作经验，成功实现过1000台以上机器人量产落地。 5. 具备10人以上技术团队管理经验，掌握敏捷开发方法，能建立初创团队适用的研发质量保障体系，有技术文档撰写与专利布局经验。 6. 具备系统化思维与极致成本意识，能精准权衡性能、成本与用户体验；拥有快速学习能力与场景洞察力，适配初创环境高强度、多角色工作模式。
