1、主导SIP项目的RFQ/RFP技术担当，负责新产品设计可制造性评估（DFM） 2、负责将产品设计要求，转换为工艺标准，如工艺流程/PFMEA/CP/SOP等 3、主导NPI过程问题识别、原因分析，并推动责任单位解决 4、负责欧美/海外客户项目新产品导入的全面管理工作； 5、负责SIP工艺开发的整体规划及产品竞争力沟通，制定计划并实施，包括技术、成本、品质等； 6、负责SIP工艺开发方向确定、研发资源整合、电子项目管理及客户定期交流。

1、本科以上，半导体或者电子相关专业，至少8年以上工作经验； 2、熟悉SIP封装工艺流程，了解各种封装类型和先进封装技术趋势，SIP或者封装技术开发5年以上工作经验，技术项目管理经验3年以上； 3、有欧美客户对接经验优先； 4、熟悉NPI/APQP开发流程及6 sigma工程方法，良好的工程问题分析和解决能力，熟练使用问题分析工具，如5Why，FMEA, DOE, DFM, 工程报告撰写等 5、英语听说读写熟练， 有一线欧美大客户项目管理及沟通经验。
