1、制定并执行设备管理的中长期战略规划，通过精准的产线布局优化，显著提升设备综合效率（OEE），确保产线高效、稳定运行。 2、主导新技术和设备的评估、引进工作，全面负责工艺验证环节，积极推动产线的自动化、智能化升级； 3、与生产、工艺等部门紧密联动，优化工艺流程，大幅缩短换线时间，全力支持产能目标的达成，并有效降低制造成本。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，电气自动化、机械自动化工业、自动化等相关专业； 2、8年以上SMT行业经验,其中至少2年设备管理或团队带班经验,熟悉汽车电子领域的制造流程优先; 3、精通主流 SMT 设备的操作与维护，全面掌握 SMT 全工艺流程，能够独立优化工艺参数并解决重大技术故障。具备设备程序编写、CPK 校正、预测性维护等专业技能。 4、具备丰富的团队管理经验，能够统筹设备全生命周期成本，制定完善的预防性维护计划（TPM），熟悉精益生产、六西格玛管理工具，推动产能提升和成本降低。 5、擅长制作专业、清晰的 PPT 报告，能够将复杂的技术和管理信息以直观的方式呈现。具备出色的标准化能力，能够建立和完善设备管理的各项标准流程和规范。 6、英语读写熟练，能够无障碍阅读英文技术文档和进行交流。 7、优秀的沟通能力，能够在跨部门协作中有效传达信息，协调各方资源。
