本岗位是公司SIP板级模块（尤其是AI服务器电源模块）核心装配工艺的开发，专注于SMT（含真空回流焊）、FC（倒装芯片）及板级精密贴装等工序。确保高密度、高可靠性模块从工艺设计到量产稳定的全流程技术实现，是产品成功交付的关键技术支柱。 1. 客户接口与需求转化 (30%) (1)参与客户前期技术交流与报价，准确理解并转化客户对PCBA及SiP产品的特殊工艺与质量要求。（主要工艺流程SMT+PCBA清洗、Underfill+压力固化、分板） (2)将客户标准与规范转化为内部可执行的工艺控制文件、检验标准及需求跟踪矩阵。 (3)支持客户审核（包括新产品导入审核、例行审核等），主导针对审核发现项的工艺整改与闭环。

2. 主导NPI流程 (50%) (1)主导负责项目的新产品导入的SMT/SiP工艺开发工作：负责从设计评审（DFM）、工艺流程设计、物料评估、到试产（试线）的全过程，最终交付标准工艺参数及验证报告给到量产技术接收。 (2)进行详细的过程评估与规划，包括新设备、新工装治具的方案制定与导入。 (3)负责编制和发布量产工艺文件包（如SOP、PFMEA、控制计划、工艺参数表等），并完成工艺移交。 (4)主导NPI阶段的PPAP审核，确保所有工艺文档的准备、提交及批准，并推动生产流程的最终确认。

3. 新项目工艺与技术问题解决 (20%) (1)负责攻克负责项目导入过程中的关键技术难题，如精密印刷、复杂贴装、真空回流焊工艺、底部填充等。 (2)深入分析生产过程中的异常（物料、设备、工艺、质量），运用结构化方法（如DOE、5Why、FMEA）进行根本原因分析，制定并验证纠正预防措施。 (3)研究并引入行业前沿的新工艺、新材料、新技术，保持技术的领先性。

1、学历： 本科或以上学历，微电子、材料科学、电子工程、机械工程、化学工程等相关专业。 2、必备经验： （1） 5年及以上SMT领域经验，其中至少3年专注于NPI或工艺/产品工程角色。具有车载电子相关项目经验者优先。 （2）精通SMT全制程设备（印刷机、贴片机、回流焊、AOI、SPI、X-Ray）的应用与调试，能独立进行程序优化和参数 DOE。 （3）熟练掌握IATF 16949体系要求，并能熟练运用APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA等核心质量工具优先。 （4）具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力和项目推动力，注重团队合作，分析和动手能力强。

3、优先条件： （1）英语作为工作语言，能进行英文技术问题报告撰写，可参与国外客户的报告呈现及沟通。 （2）有失效分析（FA） 实际操作经验。 （3）有六西格玛绿带/黑带认证或相关精益生产项目经验者优先。
