岗位职责描述： 1、精通SMT设备及故障排除，确保设备正常运作； 2、制订SMT设备的维护保养计划，并落实和监督实施情况； 3、熟悉SMT工艺制程，设备性能及管制点，熟悉IPC 3级标准； 4、负责设备利用率改善，提升生产效率； 5、负责对SMT技术员和操作人员的岗位技能培训、考核与监督； 6、客户审核设备相关专业问题解答。

技能描述： 1、全日制本科以上学历，自动化、电子、电器等理工专业毕业； 2、熟悉SMT生产工艺，有汽车电子工作经验优先； 3、3年以上的SMT设备（ASM/Fuji/松下/）维修经验，精通ASM D/X系列/FUJI NXT/松下NPM 设备维护维护，有设备导入或设备管理经验优先； 4、良好的组织能力和沟通表达能力； 5、有TPM管理经验优先； 6、较强的工作责任心和上进心，具有一定分析、处理问题的能力，吃苦耐劳，抗压性强，有良好的沟通和表达能力，团队意识强。
