The posting

1. SOA服务接口设计：负责部分SOA服务接口设计、定义及文档编制，遵循粗粒度、松耦合原则，梳理需求、设计接口逻辑与交互规范，保障接口复用性、安全性，支撑系统协同互通，参与接口评审规避设计风险。 2. 设备抽象服务设计：主导设备抽象服务（DAL层）设计落地，梳理异构设备特性与接入需求，设计统一接入、认证及管理接口，支持多协议适配，实现设备统一接入与软硬解耦，提升系统可移植性。 3. RCP接口标准化设计：负责RCP接口标准化梳理与设计，定义统一接口规范、消息格式及调用流程，解决接口不统一问题，实现规范化调用，支撑设备控制与数据交互。 4. 架构规范与落地：参与制定SOA架构及接口设计规范，推动落地执行，为开发团队提供技术指导，解决接口设计与实现难题，确保设计与落地一致。 5. 技术调研与优化：关注SOA、设备抽象及接口标准化领域前沿技术，调研中间件应用场景并开展预研，定期复盘现有接口与服务，提出优化建议，提升架构性能与可扩展性。 6. 跨团队协作：与各相关团队紧密协作，对齐业务与技术需求，协调接口对接问题，参与需求评审并提出架构层面合理化建议。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2. 10年及以上SOA架构设计相关工作经验，具备扎实的SOA架构理论基础，有设备抽象服务设计、接口标准化设计经验者优先，有物联网、工业互联网或机器人领域相关项目经验者加分； 3. 有完整的SOA接口设计、设备抽象层搭建或RCP接口标准化项目落地经验，能独立完成核心接口设计与方案输出。 4. 精通SOA架构设计理念、服务拆分原则与接口设计方法，熟悉服务分层架构（应用层、业务服务层、基础服务层、设备抽象层），能独立完成SOA服务接口的设计与文档编写； 5. 了解RCP协议特性，具备RCP接口标准化设计经验，能梳理接口需求、定义接口规范，推动RCP接口的规范化调用，有机器人控制、远程设备管理相关接口设计经验者优先； 6. 了解行业相关技术标准与规范，关注接口标准化、设备抽象及AI技术融合应用领域的技术趋势，具备一定的技术预研能力，能探索AI技术（如智能接口适配、自动化测试、设备状态智能分析）在SOA架构及设备抽象服务中的落地场景。
