一、岗位职责 WiFi CSI舱内感知算法：负责车载WiFi CSI的活物检测、呼吸检测、手势识别、目标分类、乘员数量等算法开发与联合调试，支持传统逻辑或轻量级深度学习方案。 嵌入式落地：完成WiFi算法在嵌入式平台的移植、性能优化及实车联调，支持量产。 能力拓展（加分项）：参与UWB、毫米波雷达等多传感器舱内活物检测（含CPD儿童遗留检测）。

二、任职要求 学历与经验：硕士及以上，计算机/自动化/电子/通信等相关专业；3年以上车载或智能家居WiFi CSI算法经验。 传感器经验：必须具备WiFi深入开发经验；有毫米波雷达、UWB雷达中两种及以上经验者优先。 核心技能：熟悉WiFi CSI原始数据提取/去噪/特征构造；掌握FFT、滤波、CFAR等信号处理方法；具备多径环境下静止/运动状态活物检测算法经验；数学基础扎实。 编程与工程能力：精通C/C++嵌入式落地；熟练使用Python/MATLAB原型验证；了解UART/CAN/Ethernet等车载通信接口。 加分项：有深度学习基础，了解点云目标检测/分割算法（PointNet++等），能使用PyTorch/TensorFlow训练部署；有模型量化、TensorRT/ONNX经验；有智能家居WiFi感知项目经验。
