What You’ll Do

· Drive regional growth strategy for the pressure portfolio: revenue, margin, market share, and competitive position.

· Identify high-growth applications, vertical markets, and account opportunities to expand share and accelerate adoption.

· Lead installed base penetration and competitive displacement initiatives within target industries.

· Partner closely with regional sales leadership to improve pipeline quality, win strategies, value messaging, and sales enablement.

· Establish and reinforce pricing discipline through governance, tools, and deal support—balancing competitiveness with margin performance.

· Own forecasting, demand planning inputs, and business performance reporting for the portfolio.

· Drive lifecycle execution: new product introductions, portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization, and end-of-life planning.

· Monitor competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform roadmap, positioning, and product improvements.

· Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, operations, engineering, quality, regulatory, marketing) and with global teams to deliver results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
