工作内容： 1.负责门店日常顾客到店接待、咨询引导，规范处理商品退换货、售后事宜。 2.落地门店各类促销活动，做好活动规则顾客讲解、答疑解惑，独立受理并跟进客诉，重大客诉及时上报主管。 3.协助顾客办理发票开具、香烟合规售卖、会员卡注册办理、团购业务接待、会员积分查询及积分兑换等相关业务。 4.负责客服台物资、发票、各类单据、活动礼品的保管、领用与盘点；负责寄存柜日常管理、失物登记、保管及认领手续办理。 5.按规范登记每日客服台账、客诉档案、交接班记录，按时提交报表，配合主管完成门店日常管理工作。 6.维护前台及周边环境卫生、现场秩序，引导顾客有序排队、合理分流，协助处置门店各类突发现场情况。 招聘条件： 1.大专及以上学历，有商超 / 零售门店客服、前台接待经验者优先。 2.工作认真细心、责任心强、待人诚恳，服务意识良好，抗压能力佳。 3.身体健康，能适应门店早晚班轮班、节假日排班调休，服从门店工作安排，吃苦耐劳。 4.具备良好语言表达与沟通协调能力，亲和力强，善于倾听顾客诉求。 5.熟练使用电脑及基础办公软件，会简单系统操作、台账登记。
