岗位职责： 1.熟悉公司线上线下业务，结合业务特点与激励需求，负责设计、草拟各薪酬绩效专项方案，并协助推动方案落地执行，阶段复盘并提出优化改善意见； 2.常态化对专项绩效考核方案进行关键节点把控，包括目标设定、考核跟踪、数据组织收集、考核评估及结果校准等，确保考核的有效性与及时性，定期输出复盘结果； 3.负责日常月度线上或线下的人事成本、人效等人力相关看板模型的统计与分析、呈现等，探索和研究各类工具与模型，不断提升工作效率； 4.定期稽核、跟踪、调研平台、中心、大区端薪酬绩效落地存在的问题，出具分析报告与改善意见，跟踪整改结果； 5.处理员工关于绩效薪酬方案相关的咨询和答疑。

岗位要求： 1.本科学历，5年以上薪酬绩效相关工作经验，跨行业、有bp经验者佳，有较好的实践积累； 2.精通EXCEL函数的使用，有较好的数据分析与处理能力，擅长建立数据模型与测算，熟练使用PPT等各种常用办公软件； 3.较强的项目管理能力，具备一定的跨部门组织、沟通和协调资源的能力，具备良好的团队合作意识； 4.具备人力资源激励的相关知识和一些体系化的思考力，能抓住核心，系统化的考虑和解决问题； 5.有一些经营敏感度，懂业务逻辑，数据敏感度高，具备较强的条理性与责任心，工作严谨、细致，做事高效，自驱力强。
