工作内容 1、到货前置 & 验收管控负责生鲜果蔬、肉禽水产、蛋品、标品、3R 鲜食等品类前置检核、到仓验收；审核索证索票、检验报告、溯源、保质期及包装合规，严格执行拒收、隔离、退换货流程，落地品控 SOP 与抽检标准，杜绝不合格品流入仓配及门店。 2、仓储全链路合规稽核日常巡检仓储温湿度、冷链设备、存储条件、分拣包装、效期管理、虫鼠害防控、卫生及交叉污染防控；稽核物流各环节作业标准，监督在库复检、出库复核、退货鉴定，跟踪质量异常整改闭环，把控食品安全全流程风险。 3、品质异常 & 数据台账管理处理产品品质异常、食品安全问题及客诉，溯源根因、输出分析报告，联动采购、供应商、仓储落地改善方案；建立质量台账，统计验收合格率、异常率、客诉数据，定期复盘优化品控流程。 4、培训与协同管理落实食品安全及品控标准培训，对接仓储、第三方物流宣贯规范，监督执行、及时纠偏；协助制定品控作业标准，提升整体品控合规水平。
