Young Powersports Missoula is hiring an ATV & Snowmobile Sales Representative who doesn't slow down when the seasons change. If you spend fall on an ATV chasing elk, winter boondocking in deep powder, and the rest of the year counting down to the next ride, this job lets you share that passion every day.

No dealership experience required. We'll teach you how to sell with paid training from our internal training team. What we need is someone who knows the difference between a utility quad and a sport quad, a mountain sled and a trail sled, and can help customers make the right call.

Young Powersports Missoula is hiring an ATV & Snowmobile Sales Representative who doesn't slow down when the seasons change. Responsibilities:

  • Help customers choose the right ATV for work, hunting, or trail riding, and the right snowmobile for mountain, crossover, trail, or utility use
  • Share real-world riding knowledge on terrain, snow conditions, track length, and setup
  • Recommend accessories, riding gear, trailers, and avalanche safety equipment
  • Build lasting relationships with riders and stay current on new models, promotions, and financing options
  • Meet sales goals and work as a team in a fast-paced showroom

Qualifications:

  • A real passion for ATV riding, snowmobiling, hunting, or backcountry recreation
  • Hands-on experience riding ATVs and/or snowmobiles
  • Sales experience helpful but not required; we'll train the right person
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
  • Goal-oriented and quick to learn
  • Valid driver's license and a professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
