Young Powersports Missoula is hiring a Honda Powersports Sales Representative who knows why Honda has been trusted by riders for generations. Whether you learned to ride on a Honda dirt bike, run a Pioneer around the property, put in long days on a Foreman or Rancher, or commute on a Rebel or Africa Twin, you already speak the language.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers choose the right Honda motorcycle, ATV, or side-by-side for work, trail, track, or street
  • Explain what sets Honda apart, from reliability and engineering to features like DCT and automatic transmissions
  • Build lasting relationships with first-time buyers and lifelong Honda riders
  • Stay current on new models, promotions, and financing options
  • Meet sales goals and work as a team in a fast-paced showroom

Qualifications:

  • A real passion for Honda powersports and riding (current rider strongly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Honda's motorcycle, ATV, and side-by-side lineup
  • Sales experience helpful but not required; we'll train the right person
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
  • Goal-oriented and quick to learn
  • Valid driver's license and a professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
