Your Role

DACH is our second market, and more and more companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland come to us on their own. You will be their first contact. You qualify inbound leads in German, find out what they really need, and turn the right ones into sales opportunities for our DACH Account Executives.

You join an SDR team of 10 people, 2 of them already working on DACH. Your variable pay is based on the opportunities you create (80%) and on the team's monthly revenue target (20%).

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound leads from Germany, Austria and Switzerland quickly and check whether they fit our target customers.
  • Ask the right questions to understand the real project behind each request.
  • Turn qualified leads into sales opportunities and hand larger deals to the DACH Account Executives with clear notes.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and follow up on time.
  • Work with the SDR team to reach the monthly revenue target.

Your Profile

  • You speak German at a native or near-native level (C2) and English fluently (C1).
  • You know how to run a qualification call: you ask good questions and quickly tell a good lead from a poor one.
  • You write and speak clearly, and you adapt your message to German-speaking buyers.
  • You are curious and look past the first request to understand the actual need.
  • You are organized and you never let a qualified lead go cold.
  • You keep your energy up when facing rejection and high volume.
  • You take feedback well and put it into practice quickly.
  • You already use AI tools in your work and want to use them to work faster and better.
  • You want to build a career in Sales. A first experience in SaaS or with a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

  3. Business Case and mock call in German (1 hour) with Jack Leftwich and Ean, Inbound Director

Benefits

Salary France: EUR 39,000 to 43,000 on-target earnings (base EUR 30,000 to 33,000 plus variable EUR 9,000 to 10,000)

Salary Spain (Barcelona): EUR 32,000 to 36,000 on-target earnings (base EUR 25,000 to 28,000 plus variable EUR 7,000 to 8,000)

This role is office-based in Paris or Barcelona.
