Account Manager, Personal Injury Division

Full-Time | Remote| US Central or Pacific Time

About Zabota

Zabota is a top-ranked global recruitment firm, recognized as a Top HR Staffing Company by Clutch in 2025. We help high-growth U.S. brands build elite, remote-first teams by connecting world-class talent from LATAM, Europe, and beyond with ambitious companies worldwide.

About Our Client

Our client is a performance marketing and advertising network serving the legal, insurance, and home services industries. Its Personal Injury Division works with law firms nationwide, delivering live inbound calls, live transfers, and pre-signed cases through a network of publishers.

About the Role

The Account Manager owns relationships with personal injury law firm clients from onboarding through ongoing campaign delivery, retention, and account growth. This role also manages publisher relationships, monitors campaign performance, resolves delivery issues, and identifies opportunities for reorders and expansion. Success is measured by client retention, reorder rates, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing delivery, ensuring campaign requirements, schedules, and caps are correctly configured.
  • Monitor order progress, call quality, lead performance, and client conversion feedback.
  • Maintain contact with every active client at least every two weeks and proactively secure reorders before existing orders are completed.
  • Grow accounts through larger orders, additional states, and cross-selling additional products.
  • Onboard and manage publishers, communicating campaign requirements, case criteria, targeting, caps, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular publisher performance reviews and coordinate campaign adjustments, pauses, and scaling.
  • Provide proactive performance updates and resolve client or delivery issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate account records, order status, and follow-up actions in GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM.
  • Report account health, retention risks, and growth opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with a performance marketing agency, lead generation company, or pay-per-call business.
  • Understanding of paid media and lead generation channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, native advertising, affiliate/publisher networks, and pay-per-call campaigns.
  • Understanding of lead generation metrics, including lead quality, call volume, conversion rates, cost per lead or call, and campaign performance.
  • Experience coordinating client accounts, campaigns, or publisher relationships in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to work with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Excellent organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage 20–40 active accounts.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with client renewals, reorders, upselling, cross-selling, or revenue expansion.
  • Experience in personal injury legal marketing or working directly with law firms.
  • Experience managing publisher, affiliate, or vendor relationships.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM.

Offer Details

  • Base Salary: $3,000–$4,000 per month, plus commission on successful reorders and upsells.
  • Contract: Full-time, fully remote.
  • Working Hours: US Central or Pacific business hours.
  • Reports To: Founder.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
