About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce brand in the botanical wellness space. The company is expanding its creative team and is looking for a hands-on Content Producer to help create high-performing advertising content across digital platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Producer who can take creative ideas and turn them into engaging, performance-driven content.

You'll work closely with the creative and marketing team to produce video ads for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin. This role is highly hands-on and combines video production, editing, creative execution, and content iteration.

The ideal candidate understands what makes advertising content perform and can quickly turn a brief into multiple creative variations.

Responsibilities

  • Turn creative briefs and concepts into finished advertising content.
  • Produce and edit short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and other digital platforms.
  • Shoot original video content when needed.
  • Work with UGC, creator content, AI-generated content, podcast clips, sourced footage, and original footage.
  • Create multiple versions of creative concepts with different hooks, angles, messaging, and CTAs.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Edit for strong pacing, storytelling, engagement, and conversion.
  • Add captions, text overlays, motion graphics, and other visual elements.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop and execute new concepts.
  • Review creative performance and use insights to improve future content.
  • Help maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh creative assets.
  • Contribute to new creative ideas and concepts as the role develops.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or video editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video and advertising content.
  • Experience creating content for paid social platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of hooks, angles, pacing, storytelling, and performance creative.
  • Experience with UGC and creator-generated content.
  • Comfortable shooting and editing video independently.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
  • E-commerce, DTC, or performance marketing experience.
  • Exposure to restricted niche industries is highly preferable.
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and turn ideas into finished content.

  • Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD per year
