Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in home services, including smart home, AV, HVAC, solar, electrical, roofing, and more.

The company grew from $0 to $1.5M in two years and has a 20+ person international team. Their focus is exclusively on the home services industry, giving them deep expertise in the market.

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to own client relationships, increase retention, reduce churn, and grow account value.

This is not a passive support role. You will proactively lead client relationships, explain Meta Ads performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead upsell and renewal conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships and proactively communicate with clients.
  • Review and explain Meta Ads campaign performance.
  • Identify churn risks and take action early.
  • Lead upsell, cross-sell, and renewal conversations.
  • Help clients improve their marketing and sales processes.
  • Coordinate with media buying and sales teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate results.
  • Coach clients on lead follow-up and sales best practices.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • 1+ year of client-facing experience.
  • Experience in a marketing/performance marketing agency.
  • Experience managing clients running Meta Ads.
  • Ability to confidently explain campaign results to clients.
  • Sales experience or strong comfort with upselling and renewals.
  • Highly proactive, accountable, and independent.
  • Strong data and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Account management or sales background.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or Notion.
  • Home services, AV, smart home, HVAC, solar, or similar industry experience.

Offer Details

  • Location: 100% remote, preferably LATAM
  • Working Hours: EST
  • Contract: Independent contractor / freelance
  • Base: $4,000/month
  • Performance Bonus: Upsells and client retention
  • OTE: $6,000–$7,000/month
