Our client is a well known U.S.-based direct-to-consumer health and wellness brand focused on making everyday wellness simple, accessible, and enjoyable.

The company offers a growing range of vitamin and wellness gummies designed around popular wellness needs, including hair, skin, nails, immune support, and overall health. Its products are primarily sold to customers across the United States.

The company has built a strong online presence and relies heavily on digital marketing and performance advertising to acquire and grow its customer base. As the business continues to scale, advertising spend is increasing significantly, creating an opportunity for a strong analytical media buyer to have a major impact on growth.

You will join an existing team of successful media buyers and analysts and help take on additional advertising volume as the company continues to scale.

About the Role

This is a Data Analyst / Media Buyer role, with analytics as the primary focus.

You will analyze large amounts of advertising data while also actively managing media buying. You will be responsible for making data-driven decisions, managing significant ad spend, and helping scale performance across Meta and TikTok.

This is not a reporting-only role. You will directly participate in media buying and be accountable for advertising performance and spend.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize significant advertising spend across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign and performance data to identify opportunities and issues.
  • Make data-driven decisions around optimization, allocation, and scaling.
  • Execute media buying decisions directly.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and campaign performance.
  • Participate in decisions around creative performance without owning creative production.
  • Work with databases and large datasets.
  • Use AI and basic data/automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Help scale advertising while maintaining strong performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in data analytics and media buying.
  • Experience with significant advertising spend and large amounts of data.
  • Strong Meta and/or TikTok advertising experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High-spend digital marketing experience; e-commerce experience is helpful but not a must. Relevant backgrounds may include DTC, B2B advertising, financial advertising, affiliate marketing, funnels, or other high-spend digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and an understanding of how bots, databases, and basic data/automation workflows can be built or used.
  • Several years of relevant experience is preferred, but exceptional candidates with less experience are welcome.

Offer Details

  • Base: $3,000/month
  • Base + Performance Bonus: OTE of $100K+ per year
  • Working Hours: Full-time, EST
  • Contract Type: Independent contractor
