The posting

1. Lead the company’s international business development efforts, formulate global market expansion strategies, and achieve overseas sales and business growth targets.​ 2. Independently develop and manage strategic overseas accounts, gain deep insights into customer needs, provide tailored business solutions, and drive the full project lifecycle from lead generation, solution development, and commercial negotiation through contract signing and final delivery.​ 3. Build and continuously expand the overseas partner ecosystem, including System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, consulting firms, and industry partners, establishing long-term and stable partnerships to strengthen market coverage.​ 4. Develop key industry accounts across robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, smart manufacturing, logistics, retail, internet technology, and other sectors, while continuously identifying new business opportunities.​ 5. Work closely with product, algorithms, delivery, operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions for customers, drive the implementation of complex projects, and maximize customer satisfaction and long-term business value.​ 6. Monitor global trends in robotics and AI, gather market and competitive intelligence, and provide market insights to support product planning and business strategy development.​ 7. Represent the company at international industry exhibitions, conferences, summits, and business events to enhance brand visibility and build a strong network of industry relationships.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with relevant experience in international business, overseas sales, business development, or a related field. 2. Experience in technology-driven industries such as robotics, artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, smart hardware, industrial automation, enterprise software (SaaS), or cloud computing is highly preferred. 3. Proven track record of independently acquiring and developing large enterprise customers in overseas markets, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and customer development to commercial closure. 4. Solid understanding of overseas B2B sales models, with strong experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional resources across product, R&D, delivery, and other teams to drive successful project implementation. 5. Experience in partner development, channel management, or ecosystem partnerships is preferred, with the ability to build and manage an overseas partner network. 6. Fluent in English as a working language, with the ability to independently conduct business negotiations, solution presentations, and international meetings. Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, or German is a plus. 7. Excellent cross-cultural communication, resource integration, and business negotiation skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset and the ability to travel internationally as required.
