1. 部委对接与关系维护 - 负责工信部、网信办及相关行业协会（信通院、中国互联网协会、AI 产业联盟等）的日常对接与关系维护，建立稳定、畅通的沟通渠道。 - 跟踪上述部门的政策动态、规章制定、专项行动，及时研判对公司业务的影响并输出应对建议。 2. 合规准入与资质办理 - 牵头推进公司业务所需的各类资质备案与审批，包括但不限于：ICP/EDI 等电信业务经营许可、算法备案、生成式 AI 服务备案、数据出境安全评估、网络安全审查等。 - 对接监管部门的检查、调研、测评，协调内部技术、法务、产品团队落实整改。 3. 政策研究与前瞻预警 - 持续跟踪网络安全、数据安全、人工智能治理、互联网内容治理等领域的政策法规，定期输出政策简报。 - 参与政策征求意见，代表公司反馈行业诉求与建议。 4. 危机处理与公共事务 - 公司业务遭遇监管约谈、行政处罚、专项检查等危机事件时，快速响应、制定应对方案、推动问题解决，最大限度降低业务损失。 - 支持公司重大项目、重要合作的政府层面沟通与背书。 5. 行业生态建设 - 代表公司参与行业协会、标准组织的相关工作，提升公司行业影响力。 - 组织或参与行业论坛、政策研讨会等活动。

1. 学历背景： 本科及以上学历，法学、公共管理、新闻传播、计算机等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验： 5 年以上政府关系、公共事务或相关工作经验，有 AI / 互联网 / 科技行业背景优先。 3. 部委资源： 在工信部（信息化和软件服务业司、网络安全管理局、科技司等）、中央网信办（网络安全协调局、网络综合治理局、信息化发展局等）有实际对接经验和人脉资源，能独立推进事项。 4. 政策功底： 熟悉网络安全法、数据安全法、个人信息保护法、生成式 AI 服务管理暂行办法等核心法律法规，能独立完成政策分析和合规方案设计。
