1. 负责具身智能相关核心平台开发与迭代，重点覆盖调度模型管理、训练、评测、数据等模块，保障平台高可用、高扩展性，支撑业务高效落地。 2. 配合算法团队，理解具身智能、智驾相关算法需求，将算法逻辑、训练流程、评测标准融入平台功能，实现算法与工程的高效协同。 3. 参与平台需求分析、技术方案设计、代码评审、测试优化等全流程，确保平台功能贴合业务场景，满足打标、模型迭代、模型训练、效果评测的实际需求。

1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业，2年及以上后端开发经验；有具身智能、自动驾驶、工业产线智能化相关平台开发经验者优先。 2. 核心技术栈：熟练掌握Python后端开发，精通Flask框架，具备独立搭建RESTful API服务的经验，熟悉常用Python库（如requests、pandas、numpy等）。 3. 容器化与云原生：熟悉容器化技术（Docker）与云原生架构（K8s），具备K8s资源配置、Pod调度、服务暴露、GPU资源挂载的实操经验；有云原生算力调度、GPU集群管理经验者优先。 4. 任务调度与算力：了解Flyte或类似分布式任务调度框架（如Airflow），具备任务编排、算力调度的开发经验优先；熟悉GPU相关开发，了解CUDA基础，能适配GPU算力的任务部署与资源优化。 5. 业务与工程能力：了解具身智能、智驾、通用产线等场景的基本业务逻辑，熟悉数据集管理、模型评测的核心流程；参与过大规模数据集管理平台、AI模型评测系统开发经验者优先。 6. 软素质：具备良好的沟通协作能力，能跨团队对接需求；具备较强的自驱力、学习能力和责任心，能主动跟进技术迭代与业务落地，承受一定的项目压力。
