1. 负责自建算力中心全流程运维，完成裸金属服务器测试、巡检、故障排查及系统优化，搭建监控体系保障7×24小时稳定运行，协同优化算力架构与运维预案。 2. 负责 RK3588端侧设备环境搭建与日常运维，完成调试、巡检、故障处理及固件升级，解决兼容性问题，整理运维文档并提供技术支持。 3. 负责阿里云100台5090 GPU 服务器日常运维，完成实例配置、权限管控、资源扩容，监控运行指标、排查异常，对接官方支持并完成成本优化与运维报告。 4. 负责海外产线运维，开展网络测试优化、虚拟化环境搭建运维，完成中间件部署升级与故障排查，配合海外团队完成技术对接与培训。 5. 负责 kamada、flyte 及阿里云、百度云平台功能支持，完成部署、运维与优化，解决技术故障，跟踪技术更新并为业务团队提供培训咨询。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，1-3年云原生运维经验，有算力中心、GPU 服务器运维经验者优先。 2. 熟悉云原生技术，掌握 Docker、Kubernetes，了解 kamada、flyte 运维，具备公有云运维经验，能熟练用 Shell、Python 编写自动化脚本。 3. 具备裸金属服务器运维经验，熟悉 Linux 系统，了解 RK3588端侧芯片，掌握网络测试、虚拟化及中间件运维，有海外网络运维经验者优先。 4. 熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana 等监控工具，能搭建运维监控体系，具备较强的故障排查与应急响应能力。 5. 具备良好的沟通、学习及问题解决能力，能高效协作、独立处理复杂问题；责任心强、抗压能力好，可适应海外出差与应急值守，具备文档编写能力。
