岗位职责 参与大规模机器人感知数据的挖掘与治理，构建高质量的训练数据集，实现感知算法的数据闭环。 参与2D/3D视觉感知算法的研发与优化，包括但不限于目标检测、语义分割、立体视觉、6D姿态估计及多传感器融合算法。 参与多模态感知大模型的设计和优化，涵盖训练数据构建、模型结构设计及分布式训练框架的搭建与实现。 参与VLM多模态大模型的评测体系构建，设计评测指标，搭建自动化评测系统，基于评测报告驱动模型持续迭代。

任职要求 硕士及以上学历，具备计算机科学、信息工程、电子工程、自动化、机器人学等相关专业背景。 编程能力优秀，熟练使用Python/C++语言，熟练使用Pytorch框架，有分布式训练框架搭建经验者优先。 熟悉常见的检测、跟踪、分割等感知算法，有自动驾驶、机器人行业3D视觉感知项目经验者优先。 有VLM模型的数据标注，模型训练，性能调优等经验者优先。
