1、负责公司基于STM32/ARM Cortex-M平台的MCU驱动与应用逻辑开发； 2、根据硬件原理图与芯片手册，完成GPIO、UART、SPI、I2C等基础外设驱动编写，重点负责定时器高级模式（PWM控制、输入捕获、编码器接口）的底层实现与调优； 3、负责基于SPI、I2C等常规同步通信外设的高频数据交互方案设计与实现，通过DMA双缓冲/链表传输、环形队列缓存、中断与任务优先级调优等手段， 在有限的硬件带宽下最大化有效数据传输率，确保高负载场景下的数据完整性与实时性；负责通信帧协议设计、时序压缩优化及总线占用冲突消解； 4、负责产品低功耗方案落地，设计并验证休眠/唤醒策略，优化整机功耗；并独立完成DMA配合缓存设计或ADC/DAC模拟采样业务开发； 5、负责看门狗（IWDG/WWDG） 窗口复位机制及故障自动恢复策略设计，提升系统鲁棒性； 6、负责安全启动（Secure Boot） 流程及OTA升级（固件在线升级）方案的全流程开发，包括固件打包、差分校验、加密签名及异常回滚机制； 7、解决产品研发及量产中的复杂疑难问题（如HardFault异常、中断优先级冲突、内存溢出踩踏、时序竞争、高负载下数据丢包等），输出逻辑严谨的故障分析报告； 8、配合硬件工程师完成新平台Bring-up及信号质量验证，深度参与产品全生命周期（需求评审、编码、测试、量产维护）。

1、EE/CE/CS相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上嵌入式MCU开发经验； 2、熟练掌握C语言，具备良好的代码封装与模块化设计能力； 3、精通ARM Cortex-M内核架构，熟悉中断向量表、堆栈回溯及内存映射机制； 4、熟悉Keil MDK及STM32CubeIDE开发环境，并能熟练使用Makefile或CMake进行工程构建管理； 5、有FreeRTOS实际项目应用经验（任务调度、信号量、队列使用），同时具备扎实的裸机编程功底； 6、熟悉JTAG/SWD调试原理，能独立使用J-Link/ST-Link进行底层硬件跟踪调试； 7、熟练使用Git进行代码版本管理与协作开发； 8、具备极强的逻辑思维能力与主动钻研精神，针对偶发性死机、低概率重启、高负载通信卡顿等棘手问题有明确的排查思路与实战经验； 9、沟通表达清晰，能高效与硬件、测试及产品团队对齐需求，输出高质量的技术文档。
