DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du entwickelst innovative Konzepte und visuelle Ideen für Kampagnen, Markenauftritte und digitale Produkte
  • Du führst das Kreativteam, gibst konstruktives Feedback und förderst die fachliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Du bewertest Kreationen, Texte und Visuals, um höchste Qualitätsstandards zu sichern
  • Du präsentierst und verteidigst kreative Ideen intern und vor Kund:innen
  • Du integrierst aktuelle Designtrends, Technologien und KI-gestützte Tools in unsere Arbeitsprozesse
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Projektmanagement und interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um effiziente Workflows sicherzustellen

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Grafik-, Kommunikations- oder Motiondesign – oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Agenturerfahrung als Senior Grafikdesigner oder Art Director mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung in Motion Design, 3D-Visualisierung, UX/UI oder Content-Kreation
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Stil, Ästhetik, Komposition und visuelles Storytelling
  • Du hast bereits Teams fachlich geführt und Verantwortung übernommen
  • Du hast Freude an innovativen Ideen und Konzepten und legst Wert auf kreative Exzellenz
  • Du kennst Produktionsprozesse und beherrschst die gängigen Tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Du nutzt gern moderne Technologien wie generative KI, um kreative Prozesse zu unterstützen
  • Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und kannst dich sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich überzeugend ausdrücken
