DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du betreust und berätst unsere Kund:innen im Tagesgeschäft eigenständig und verbindlich
  • Du planst, steuerst und dokumentierst komplexe Content- und Publishing-Projekte für digitale und gedruckte Kanäle.
  • Du koordinierst interne Teams und externe Dienstleister:innen und behältst Budgets, Timings und Qualität im Blick.
  • Du übernimmst das operative Projektcontrolling, erstellst Kostenvoranschläge und bereitest Abrechnungen vor.
  • Du koordinierst Abstimmungen, Korrekturen und Freigaben und stellst eine termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung sicher.
  • Du bereitest Inhalte und Ergebnisse strukturiert auf und präsentierst sie beim Kunden
  • Du akquirierst neue Projekte bei unseren Kunden

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in der Kommunikationsbranche
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer, crossmedialer Projekte, Timings und Budgets
  • Sicherheit im Projektcontrolling sowie bei Kostenvoranschlägen und Abrechnungsgrundlagen
  • Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Überblick auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein verbindlicher Umgang mit Kund:innen, Teams und Dienstleister:innen
  • Fähigkeit, Inhalte und Ergebnisse klar aufzubereiten und überzeugend zu präsentieren
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und daran, Projekte gemeinsam voranzubringen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
