Seit über 30 Jahren entwickeln wir wirkungsvolle Inhalte für Content Marketing, Unternehmenskommunikation und Reporting. Unser Anspruch ist es, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen und Orientierung zu schaffen.

Für unseren Standort Berlin suchen wir Verstärkung für die operative Steuerung eines crossmedialen Newsrooms. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Koordination von Themen über Portal, Magazin, Newsletter, Seminare und regionale Ausspielungen hinweg.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Operative Steuerung des zentralen Redaktionsplans auf Basis der priorisierten Themenagenda
  • Übersetzung gesetzter Themenprioritäten in konkrete Timings, Zuständigkeiten und Produktionsabläufe
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Redaktion, Product Ownern, Operations und regionalen Redaktionen
  • Steuerung von Reihenfolgen, Übergaben, Abhängigkeiten und Deadlines sowie rechtzeitiges Erkennen und Lösen von Engpässen
  • Crossmediale Verzahnung von Portal, Magazin, Newsletter, Seminaren und weiteren Formaten
  • Integration regionaler Anforderungen in die laufende Produktionsplanung

DEIN PROFIL

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als CvD, Managing Editor oder in einer vergleichbaren redaktionellen Steuerungsfunktion
  • Erfahrung mit crossmedialen Redaktions- und Content-Prozessen
  • Sehr gutes redaktionelles Urteilsvermögen und ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Überblick auch bei parallellaufenden Themen, Formaten und Deadlines
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Content-Formaten, idealerweise auch Print, Newsletter und Seminaren
  • Klare, verbindliche Kommunikation und Freude an strukturiertem Zusammenarbeit
