Що ти робитимеш:

- Вибудуєш повний identity lifecycle: onboarding і offboarding за рольовими профілями, виконання запитів на доступ до 30+ систем, ведення матриці доступів і квартальний access review;

- Контролюватимеш покриття MFA/SSO, налаштуєш керування доступами через групи замість персональних грантів, прибиратимеш orphaned-акаунти;

- Відповідатимеш за endpoint management: облік обладнання, розгортання MDM та EDR, patch management, контроль браузерних розширень і неавторизованого ПЗ;

- Керуватимеш користувачами VPN: видача, відкликання, ротація ключів, аудит сесій і неактивних акаунтів;

- Вестимеш реєстр вендорів і провайдерів (контракти, білінг, DPA, sub-processors), трекатимеш ліміти й дедлайни продовження, готуватимеш щомісячний спенд-репорт;

- Збиратимеш evidence для аудитів, вестимеш реєстр політик, разом із Security Officer організовуватимеш security awareness тренінги та фішинг-симуляції;

- Будеш першою лінією (L1) в інцидентах безпеки на робочих машинах: збір фактів, ізоляція пристрою, ведення таймлайну.

Що потрібно, щоб приєднатися:

- 4+ роки досвіду на позиції System Administrator / IT Administrator / IT Ops у продуктовій IT-компанії з розподіленою командою від 30–40 людей;

- Впевнене адміністрування Google Workspace: користувачі, групи, OU, політики безпеки, примусове MFA, аудит-логи;

- Практичний досвід onboarding / offboarding і керування доступами за принципом least privilege;

- Досвід адміністрування SaaS-сервісів: Slack, Jira/Confluence, GitHub, Notion, Figma, менеджер паролів (NordPass, 1Password, Bitwarden);

- Досвід з MDM для macOS, Linux і Windows, контроль оновлень і патчів безпеки;

- Досвід розгортання та адміністрування антивірусу / EDR;

- Досвід адміністрування користувачів VPN;

- Розуміння базових принципів інформаційної безпеки: MFA, розділення обов'язків, ризики shared- та orphaned-акаунтів;

- Системний підхід до документування та ведення реєстрів;

- Щоденне використання AI-асистентів (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) для скриптів, документації та чеклистів і розуміння ризиків shadow AI;

- Англійська від B1;

- Готовність до L1-реагування на інциденти безпеки поза робочим часом (за додаткову оплату).

Буде плюсом:

- Участь у підготовці до SOC 2, ISO 27001 або іншого зовнішнього аудиту, досвід з compliance-платформами;

- Налаштування SSO/SAML та SCIM-провізіонінгу;

- Досвід з Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle або Microsoft Intune;

- Досвід з CrowdStrike, SentinelOne або Microsoft Defender for Endpoint;

- Автоматизація скриптами: Bash, Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script, GAM;

- Досвід vendor management і розуміння білінгу AWS та GCP;

- Jira Service Management або інший ticketing для запитів доступу;

- Сертифікації: CompTIA Security+, Google Workspace Administrator, Jamf Certified, Microsoft Intune.
