Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort Achim bei Bremen einen Betriebstechniker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40Std./Woche).

DARAUF HAST DU LUST

  • Kurzfristige Störungsbeseitigung, Reparatur und Wartung der gesamten Betriebstechnik und Haustechnik am Standort Achim
  • Kleine Reparaturen in/am Gebäude sowie der Gebäudeeinrichtung, ggfs. inkl. Beauftragung und Koordination von Fremdfirmen
  • Nachhaltung und Aktualisierung der notwendigen Dokumentationen (Wartungsprogramm etc.)
  • Sicherstellung der Reinigung und Wartung von technischen Anlagen und der Gebäudeeinrichtung
  • Koordination und Durchführung von standortinternen Umzügen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung und Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit und der Sicherheitsstandards im Brand- und Umweltschutz
  • Verwaltung und Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterial, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS

  • Gewerbliche oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von technischen Anlagen sowie der Gebäudeeinrichtung oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis im Bereich Messtechnik, ERP-Systemen und Microsoft Office-Produkten
  • Führerschein für Flurförderzeuge oder die Bereitschaft, diesen kurzfristig zu erwerben
  • Interesse an einer überwiegend praktischen Tätigkeit mit einem administrativen Anteil
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Kompetenz im Bereich von Problemlösungen und Fehlersuche
